The Habits That Shape My Mind, My Energy, and My Life
I believe habits are the key to change your reality for a better version. Habits begin with a decision and continue with an action every day, and that action is the essence of your future.
For example, 8 years ago I started to meditate once in a blue moon. Later, I did it for 3 min week in, week out. I remember that 3 min was very difficult for my mind to be at peace. Even sometimes I felt I was wasting my time. Then in 2020 I started to practice yoga every day and improve my meditations without any clock day in, day out. Now, I meditate every day. Meditating is like brushing your teeth every day. As brushing your teeth, meditating is the way to clean our minds and thoughts. Meditating every day is not only a habit, it is the way to keep in good shape your mind, energy and life.
When I meditate, I think clearly, I am focused, I do better at my work and I have better relations with others. That is the reason I believe people have to meditate every day. You can start step by step. You can do it for example every Friday in the morning. Next, you can level up twice a week. And one day you will realize the benefits of meditating in your energy, your reactions and how calmed you are, so you will do it every day. And remember meditating is not putting your mind in white, it is observing your thoughts without judgment or attachment. It is experiencing the present moment with consciousness.
